I am satisfied with the BP 875. I had been using the Omron HEM-771 for a number of years and thought I need an update. I found the readings of both device to be within a few numerical values of each other. The BP 785 has some very neat features, especially in keeping a morning average and evening average of your blood pressure. Keeping track of an average can be a better way to track blood pressure than a single measurement taken at a doctor's office, which can run abnormally high due to the anxiety of your office visit.
